Work
Work, with the numbers attached
Most agency case studies are written so nothing can be checked. These have numbers under them, or they are not here.
Fewer examples, real numbers
Most agency case studies are written so nothing can be checked. No spend, no cost per lead, no timeframe, just a percentage floating above a stock photo.
These are the ones where there is something real underneath: either figures we ran ourselves, or an owner saying the number out loud on camera. Where a number was never disclosed, it is not here, and we have not estimated it.
One thing to be straight about. Five of these six are hands-on advertising work that Tyrone did himself, before any of it became software or systems. They are proof that the thinking produces results in a real service business, not proof that you will get the same numbers.
Built and run by us
Keep It Clean, Athens, Alabama
A carpet and tile cleaning company with no reliable way to fill next week's schedule.
The one where we can publish the full figures, because we ran the account and the spend is ours to disclose.
Owners who hired Tyrone to run it by hand
Recorded on camera in July 2026. Every quote below is the owner's own words, lightly cleaned of filler. None of these people bought software.
Flooring Makeovers
Revenue up about 30%, ad spend down, over roughly six months.
"He told us exactly what he could do, and he delivered exactly what he said he was going to deliver."
Reggie Williams, Stone Mountain GA. In business over 20 years and burned by marketing companies before.
From price shoppers to booked consultations
6 to 10 calls a day, 3 to 4 in-home consultations, closing the majority.
"The calls were far and few between. Now our business is taking anywhere from six to 10 calls a day."
William Surgeon, service business owner.
After three or four agencies
An $8,000 job off two days of work, his biggest win at the time of recording.
"I had hired probably three or four different companies, and all I would get was people actually not looking."
Shane Conley, service business owner.
Priced out of Local Service Ads
Phone ringing and forms filling, tracked to a dedicated number.
"The phone has been ringing, the forms are getting filled out. He really knows his stuff."
Aldo Solis, flooring business owner. Came through a referral from Courtney Lee.
Nearly gave up on advertising
"I almost gave up trying to advertise after two attempts with two different companies. But after going with Tyrone, I am not looking back. I get leads, and organic leads too."
Joel Gonzales, service business owner. No figures were given on camera, so there is no page for this one. It is here because what he said is worth hearing.
What none of this proves
Five owners in different trades saying good things is evidence that the approach works. It is not a forecast for your business. Your market, your pricing, your capacity and how fast you answer the phone will move every one of these numbers, in both directions.
The honest version of a case study says that out loud. Our terms say it too.
