How an engagement runs
Week one, the map. We go through your numbers together. Lead sources, cost per lead, close rate, what happens in the first five minutes after an enquiry, and where the week disappears. You get the map whether or not you hire us for the build.
Weeks two to six, the build. We build in your accounts, not ours. You watch it go in. Every piece is something you could turn off tomorrow without breaking the business, which is deliberate.
