Data deletion

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject line Delete my data, from the address you contacted us with. We confirm within 5 business days and finish within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your enquiry and message, from Airtable
• The record of it in our n8n automation
• Any email correspondence in our records

Once it is gone it is gone. We keep no shadow copy and no archive of deleted records.

What we may keep

If we have invoiced you, tax law requires us to keep the invoice. That is the only exception, it is kept for accounting, and it is never used to contact you.

If you do not hear back

Email again with Second request in the subject. If that goes nowhere, write to Green Owl Systems, 113 Town Square Blvd, Pendergrass, GA 30567, United States.
