AI strategy consulting
A plan short enough that you will actually read it, with a cost against every line and an honest list of what to skip.
A plan you could hand to somebody else
AI strategy consulting has a bad name because most of it produces a document nobody acts on. Forty slides about transformation, no prices, no sequence, and no statement of what to leave alone.
What comes out of this is shorter and more useful: a list of the things worth building in your business, in the order they pay, with a cost against each one, and an explicit list of what to ignore. Short enough that you will actually read it.
What the week looks like
Where the money comes from
Lead sources, volume, cost per lead, close rate, average job value. If you do not have these to hand we work them out together, which is often the most valuable part.
Where the week goes
What you and your team actually do all day. The work that repeats is the work that is worth automating, and it is rarely the work people think.
Where it leaks
Enquiries that go unanswered too long, quotes never chased, jobs never reviewed. Leaks cost more than anything AI can add.
What you get
- The map. How the business makes money now, in numbers, on one page.
- The build list. What to build, in order, with a cost and an expected effect on a number you already track.
- The ignore list. The things you have been told to buy that will not pay in your business. Usually longer than the build list.
- A recommendation on whether to proceed at all. Including when the answer is no.
You keep the map whether or not you hire us for the build. That is deliberate. A strategy you can only act on by buying more from the person who wrote it is not strategy, it is a sales document.
When strategy is the wrong purchase
If you already know exactly what you want built and why, skip this and go straight to implementation. Paying somebody to confirm a decision you have already made is a waste of a week.
