What we collect

If you send the contact form we collect your name, email, business name and your message. That is all of it. There is no tracking pixel on this site and no advertising cookie.

Why

To reply to you. If we end up working together, to run the engagement. Nothing else.

Who touches it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and passes the form on.
• n8n, self hosted by us, moves the enquiry into our records.
• Airtable stores it.

We do not sell your information and we do not give it to anyone for their own marketing.

How long

For as long as we are in touch, and up to two years after the last contact. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected]. See data deletion for the full process.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what is collected, to have it deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. We do not sell personal information as that law defines it. In the UK or EU you have equivalent rights under the GDPR, and our basis for processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Children

This site is for people running a business. We do not knowingly collect anything from under 18s.
